Los Angeles Times Hot Property: Scooter Braun sells to developer building $500-million Bel-Air compound

Talent manager Scooter Braun has sold his home in Hollywood Hills West to film producer and speculative developer Nile Niami for $9.5 million. Drew Fenton, of Hilton and Hyland represented the buyer.
